Hi, I'm Kamilla - welcome to my online space. I specialise in supporting the mental well-being of both individuals and couples.

 

My areas of expertise are relationships, assertiveness, and helping people overcome persistent, self-defeating emotional and behavioural patterns. I’m particularly passionate about helping people navigate challenges related to freedom and authenticity, as I deeply understand how long and difficult that journey can be. 

 

In my work, I've come to use an eclectic and integrative approach, with a focus on building real and meaningful connections with my clients. My goal is to support each person by understanding their uniqueness, values, current unmet emotional needs and potential.

 

A little about me: I come from a small town in Hungary, and I grew up with a Polish mother and a Hungarian father, so you can connect with me in both languages if you'd like. I am passionate about all forms of artistic expression, dog training, and writing or talking about all things mental health related.
